Role: AV-Pre Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer – AV to design, present, and support AV solutions for corporate customers. The role involves understanding client requirements, conducting site visits, and proposing effective AV solutions for meeting rooms, training rooms, and integrated AV environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements through discussions and site visits.
  • Design and support AV solutions for basic conference rooms, large meeting rooms, and training rooms.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team including solution design, documentation, and presentations.
  • Present solutions clearly and confidently to customers and help close technical discussions.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for solution validation, demos, and technical support.

Skills & Requirements

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the Audio-Visual industry. The role involves identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and closing deals by offering the right AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in the AV domain.
  • Understand customer pain points and translate them into viable AV solutions.

  • Understand complex customer IT infrastructure requirements and design optimum solutions involving hardware, software, and services.
  • Provide technical expertise on Servers, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization.
  • Participate in the development of bids, proposals, solution architecture, and presentations for enterprise IT solutions.
  • Engage with OEMs like Dell, Hitachi, HPE, Aruba, Cisco, etc., to propose the most effective configurations and offerings.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof of concept (POC) sessions, and articulate solution value to customers.
  • Prepare detailed product specifications, solution design, and Bill of Materials (BoM).
  • Support the sales team with competitive knowledge, value proposition, and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Role Overview

The BDM – IT Hardware AMC will drive AMC revenue growth, manage renewals, and expand customer accounts across Kerala. The role focuses on building predictable annuity revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts while coordinating closely with service and operations teams. Field travel across Kerala is required.


 

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & New Business

  • Generate new AMC business for Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Network devices, and Printers

  • Identify opportunities within existing and new accounts

  • Position Comprehensive, Non-Comprehensive, and SLA-based AMC offerings

Renewals & Account Growth

  • Manage end-to-end AMC renewal cycle with minimal leakage

  • Upsell/cross-sell spare support, resident engineers, and extended coverage

  • Build strong relationships with IT, Admin, and Procurement teams

Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Understand customer IT environments and recommend suitable AMC solutions

  • Support service escalations and conduct periodic reviews

  • Coordinate with operations, service managers, and finance for smooth delivery

Reporting

  • Maintain sales pipeline, renewal tracker, and forecasts

  • Track competition, pricing trends, and market feedback
