Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across industries to understand their IT infrastructure needs and pain points, and pitch suitable IT solutions that address their requirements.
- All generated leads must be shared with the Sales Manager along with the necessary information.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to work on campaigns/events that support outbound efforts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients (IT/ITES, BFSI, Education, Hospitality, Health care, Aviation, Telecom, Manufacturing industry and others).
- Tracking and reporting lead status, outreach activities, and client engagement updates on a daily and weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work on qualified leads shared by the Sales Manager and take ownership of the opportunity.
- Understand client requirements, present tailored IT services/solutions, and handle all follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the support and logistics teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Ability to build and manage strong relationships with IT decision-makers.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to fulfil business requirements and support client solutions.
- Strong accountability for achieving sales targets.
- Responsible for managing assigned key accounts and working on leads shared by the Sales Manager. The role focuses on bringing in new business opportunities (NBO) across sectors such as IT/ITES, BFSI, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Aviation, Telecom, Manufacturing, and others, aligned with monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management:
- Ensure timely qualification of leads from BDE.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities and assign leads to team members.
- Track and optimize the sales funnel and conversion ratios.
- Team Management and Escalation Handling:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Handle client or operational escalations quickly, work with internal teams to fix issues, and ensure they are effectively resolved to avoid recurrence.
- OEM/Partner Connect:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM.
- Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on OEM roadmaps and leverage them to generate new business.
- Business Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for growth.
- Provide accurate forecasts, dashboards, and business reports to VP.
- Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve processes.
- Target Achievement:
- Take ownership of the overall team target.
- Strategize and implement plans to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
